Booking and Payments:
  • A non-refundable advance payment of Rs. 2,000 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • The full balance must be paid before check-in.
  • Extra charges of Rs. 1,500 per additional guest will apply for any guests exceeding the standard occupancy limit.
Cancellation Policy:
  • The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No refunds are provided.
Check-in and Check-out:
  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 10:00 AM
  • Any damage to the property caused by guests during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest and may incur additional charges.
Guest Conduct:
  • Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition and adhere to all house rules.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Pets Policy:
  • Patil Wada is pet-friendly, but guests must ensure their pets do not cause any damage to the property or disturb other guests.
Use of Facilities:
  • Guests are responsible for their own safety when using the private swimming pool and other facilities. Patil Wada is not liable for any accidents or injuries.
  • The use of facilities is restricted to guests only. Non-guests are not permitted to use the property amenities.
Smoking and Alcohol:
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Responsible consumption of alcohol is allowed, but disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Force Majeure:
  • Patil Wada shall not be held responsible for any cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or governmental restrictions.
Liability:
  • Patil Wada is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
  • Guests are advised to take care of their personal valuables.
Privacy Policy:
  • Any personal information collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
Modifications to Terms:
  • Patil Wada reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Guests will be informed of any significant changes prior to their stay.
